Dec 18-27 2014 or April 3-11 2015 Please Help

Ok we need some advise.....My wife is a teacher and we only have certain times of the year we can go on vacation. As of now we are looking at two dates and want to know what your thoughts are.

April 3-11
We went this past Christmas and found the crowds to not be that bad. We have looked up past times for Easter and in 2010 Easter was on the 4th of April very similar to this next year and crowds were not listed as high at all by touringplans.com. we would rather go in April but are leary of the spring break crowds. Please help.

Personally, if I just went for Christmas I would go during Easter the next time around. (usually) Better weather, longer days, etc.

We are more worried about the crowds. We would rather go in April but with that being Easter we are worried the crowds will be horrible thats why we are considering December again. I never thought a vacation would be so much work to plan.

It's not that it's spring break (which is not the same week for everyone, so "spring break" per se is not that scary), it's that it's Easter week in 2015.

According to this site, either of your choices has a crowd level of "11".

So...agree with PP: go with Easter week, due to better weather and longer days.

I saw those crowd levels. That site also had an "11" for the week before Christmas last year and that was not even close. no waits over 30 mins.
