Dec 13th Dis meet list, who would like to attend?

I'll be there, I am going to skip Lou's trivia meet to come. Thank god for the quick access from the International Gateway to get to DHS. Unfortunately I am doing this trip solo so it will be just me, myself, and I. :-P

I do have a plaque on the wall with that particular sentiment.....good reason to go to WDW solo on occasion!!! Like in Dec!

Should we plan on letting you have some "alone" time this year?? Otherwise you know you'll eventually be putting plaques up on your walls about me, Karen, John, Katie, MaryAnne, and everyone else from our group :p.

Ill (hopefully) be there! :thumbsup2

Cant wait to meet everyone!:cool1:

So, if it starts at 9:30 do you think that there will be time to do the Fantasmic event first?

Absolutely!!!!

The Fantasmic event ends at 9:30PM. Even if you stay until the last second you can still walk over to TSM and join us.

There aren't as many conflicting events as I thought there would be. With a little bit of planning it should be an event packed day. Although I'm sure no one here on the Dis is an obsessive compulsive planner! :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

No, not me:rolleyes1

15 events planned in 3 days. I don't even have anything planned for Sunday and Monday. Well at least not any Mousefest plans.

What do you guys have planned so far? DW & I are coming for land only - but we will not get into Orlando until later on Thursday, so we have late Thursday night, Friday, Saturday, and most of the day Sunday for Mousefest events. Just curious what people think are the "can't miss" events? Clearly meeting the Unplugged crew is my #1 item (hopefully at TSMM), and the MegaMouseMeet is high on the list. What else are people excited about?

Excellent question! This is my first Mousefest so I would love to see people's responses. I am doing the land portion also but I will be at WDW prior to the start of Mousefest. However, I will be leaving on Sunday.

My plans so far are:
Thursday:
- DISMeet breakfast
- Mousefest 101
- Probably the Parade & Fireworks events at MVMCP

Friday:
- Either the AllEarsMeet or the Photo meet at the Tree of Life
- Star Tours
- Muppets
- Wishes Cruise -- Looking forward to this one since I have never done a Wishes cruise

Saturday:
- Boardwalk area Photowalk
- Mega Mousemeet
- Fantasmic
- TSM hopefully

Sunday:
-I have until about 1. I haven't planned anything yet but I am considering doing the GKTW event

Yes, I have a photography theme. Can you figure out one of my favorite hobbies? :rotfl2:

My schedule and Donald's are very close. Thursday, I'm adding on the Scopa Dolewhip meet. Friday add the WDW 500th Podcast and the Podfest meet. On Saturday I have added at least part of the afternoon photo walk. I have an adr at Rose and Crown at 4:50, but I figured if we were starting in Canada at 4, we should be close enough to the UK.

Sunday and Monday haven't had anything strike my fancy that doesn't conflict with some non Mousefest Plans. But I am not giving up the Sunrise Safari at the AK or my afternoon tea at the GF.

My plan for getting through the busy days is to make sure I get enough to eat and drink. I probably won't be getting enough sleep, but I can sleep when I get back to work. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I might get to go! Holy crap!

DH said I can do a quick trip down for this if I can find a cheap enough room. I just put in a quote request from DU. Fingers are crossed!

Some of those meets Ive never seen on the Mousefest site. Where is the DISMeet Breakfast? My schedule follows Donald a bit with the following exceptions:

Thursday:
Be Our Guest Magic Kindgom Rope Drop
Mousefest 101
Mousefest Kick Off reception
ComedyCast Monster Inc Laugh Floor meet
Fireworks Meet at MVMCP
Friday
AllEarsnet Africa Meet
Nemo Meet
Great Movie Ride Meet
WDW 500th episode Meet
PodFest 2008
DHS Osborne Lights walk through
Saturday
UofE Stupid Judy Meet
Epcot Neverland meet by David Koenig
Mouuusefest Meet at France Pavilion
TSM (Hopefully) if not Disneyworldtrivia.com reunion meet
Sunday
Mini-Mouse Adventure
It's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow Meet (COP)
Mouse Station's Hustle-tini meet at Pop Century
Monday
Mouse Planet Meet for either Kim Possible Adventure or Soaring
Great Movie Meet
TSM (For sure)

Really this is the first Mousefest for me so I will figure out what I should leave out next time to make a better time schedule but none of these according to my calender interacts with each other. The only thing I have to worry about is when I switch parks or in the case of Sunday actually getting to a resort.

Well I hope to make it to the TSM meet on Saturday that should be fun. I cant wait for the sign up link.

Alex

We were at the Podcast meet last year and had the chance to meet everyone but Pete. We are looking forward to leaving Oregon for warmer environs in December. Our daughter and family will be there, too.
