The tip I can give you for night time parade pictures is to turn your flash off. If you are within a decent distance from the subject, you should get a much better picture with the flash off.

And yes, we were on the dining plan. We love, love, love the dining plan. And we were lucking enough to get the Disney Visa Free Dining promo code for our trip, so it saved us over $2,000.00 vs. out-of-pocket. Even without the free dining promo the DDP would still have saved us over $500.00 out-of-pocket. Since we have a large family, it really works out well for us. Also, I made our ADRs 180 days out, so we were able to get most of the restaurants and seatings we wanted.
