Well, I either did something good or really stupid. lol.
I just wrote Diamond about my timeshare, and pointed out that they had failed to uphold a couple of the provisions within the contract. Based on them failing to comply with all the provisions, I claimed that the contract had been voided by them, and I was awaiting their contact to arrange a refund of all funds paid.
So, either I'm going to be successful with getting the full refund, or I'm going to make someone mad that I actually read the contract and they'll come after me with everything they have.

Thanks. But as long as you don't get suckered into a sales meeting (and definitely don't buy a timeshare from them !!!) the one resort I toured was really nice.
Whatever, considering how much I received from the insurance policy $280 is nothing. I just thought it was strange this portion was billed directly to us and not taken out of the proceeds from the estate at the end. But the lawyers' gots to gets paid man
