My DS7 loves Lilo and Stich, btu I have heard mixed reivews (and woudl like to hear more) about either yay or nay going on Stich. For the record, he usually likes motion rides, if that is what this ride is. He did not go on when it was AE though, as he was only 5 and not ready, now I wonder . .. .

Thanks

There is no motion involved on this attraction. If they are a fan of Stich I say give it a try. I don't think it is as bad as everyone states. I LOVED IT! when it was Alien Encounter but it was too scary for the little ones. Now the lights do go out still but you hear Stich in your ear and he burps and things like that. Will Adults love it maybe maybe not but the kids were laughing and having a good time. So as long as the wait isn't too long, then I say try it out. But don't waste a Fast Pass on it.

This ride is awful. I got off this ride appaled that they had replaced AE with this piece of garbage. I take my 7 year old nephew on it and even he said it was boring. Disney should not have changed this ride. I wouldn't waste my time unless there was no more then a 5 or 10 minute wait.

I did not go on, but DH and DS and friend went on. They said it was a waste of 20 minutes......... :confused3

We took our 7 year old son on it, who absolutely loves anything to do with Stitch. This is definitely not one of Disney's best attractions, but I think adults are more disappointed than the kids. My son thought it was "OK." He did like seeing the Stitch character - I agree with a previous post - if you don't have to wait more than 15 minutes in line, I would do it. Otherwise, you aren't missing too much.

I didn't go on it because I didn't want to ruin my memories of AE, but my wife and son (9) went on it and said it was the overall the worst attraction they had done the whole week.

And keep in my my son is a Stich freak, in the 1 week we were there he bought 1 large stuffed stitch, 3 stitch shirts, part 2 on dvd, and other little things....and he still didnt like it.

Didn't respond because I didn't love or hate it. If there's no line, go for it. Otherwise, I don't think it's worth the time.

My DD3 loved this. There were two staging areas before you are brought into an auditorium where there is speakers in your seat and a shoulder harness that acts for motion in the show. We had a fast pass and waited about 15 minutes to get in the theater. Was about a 15 minute show. Lights go out for part and the kids seemed to like it. DW and I both thought one time is enough - wouldn't wait for it again. DD didn't seem to miss it because she like the rides better.

My DS6 enjoyed it last fall. Definitely go on it once! I didn't vote in the poll because I neither loved nor hated it. I'll go on it again but only because my kids want to.

I dont see what the big deal is about this attraction. Why everyone hates it so much. My 16yo DS and I are big stitch fans and we really enjoyed this attraction. If you dont like the character stitch then why even bother going in. If you do like the character give it at least 1 try. I can only figure that everyone who hates it either hates stitich or loved AE and thus hates the change.

Stitch is not a motion ride...I personally am not going to waste my time on it cuz I went on AE when it was there and it was pretty boring and I heard all they did was replace the alien w/Stitch. I also think that it way too hyped up and overrated.
:wizard: :pug:

Went on it, it was okay. I actually like the old ride better, though it was NOT something you'd take a little kid on.

I'd do it again if there was little or no wait. I wouldn't wait more than 15 minutes for it.

Personally I liked the movie Lilo and Stitch, and enjoyed getting DD's picture with Stitch - just don't like the wait or attraction. Even with the fast pass this was the longest we waited for an attraction and not much to it. Loved all the 3d movies too.

We hated this attraction (I will not call it a "ride" since being strapped to a seat that doesn't move cannot be considered a ride in my book). My DD8 still talks about how much she hated it. It's so lame and poorly done.

My DS8 loved this ride when we were there in June, he thought it was hilarious (probably because of my reaction). All I can say is EWWWWW!! I would go if your child wants to. At least you can then form your own opinion and he will probably enjoy himself.

I really don't know why everyone hates it so much. I thought it was cute and I laughed the whole time! My DS 7, 6 at the time, rode it last year and loved it!! He thought the chili dog was hilarious. I think if you have never done it go ahead and give it a try. It's not the best but it is worth doing.
