it just took me over 30 mins to book airport shuttle/transers from Sanford Airport with America Coach! 
I know we have a slightly unusual surname but having to spell it at least 10 times was a bit trying and then they had no idea who first choice airlines were so it took them 10 mins to find out before we could continue the booking!
I just hope that they havent screwed anything up. has any one else used America Coach? any problems?
