Deals?

We want to go in the summer and stay at universal. Two adults, four kids. We will likely do two days at U and two days at DW. Of course, I've researched DW and cruises up the wazoo (and been several times!) but know zilch about Universal!!

Are there deals to be had, like at DW?

I'm assuming you're talking about hotel deals and if so, about the only discounts to be had during the busy summer travel season are probably AAA and passholder discounts. As far as park tickets go, check with Undercover Tourist...their tickets are a little bit cheaper than buying direct in most cases.

I just booked on Bookit.com and got a rate of 278 for RPR plus they have a buy 2 days at at parks get one free. I have always had great luck with them. This is for the week of Aug 4.
Seemed like a great deal so I booked

I thought those buy 2 days get 1 free tickets expired at the end of June.
