We are planning a quick trip to Disneyland on Monday and I just wanted to check and see if there were any discounts or coupons for Disneyland for 1 day. We do not need park hoppers. I am a southern CA resident. Any info would be much appreciated. TIA! :goodvibes

Do you have a AAA membership? I believe they offer slightly discounted tickets. You might call your AAA office and check.

I don't think I've heard of a discounted single day single park ticket, unless it's from a corporation.

But gosh...you're in so cal! You have kids! It pains me when residents who could, like my brother and SIL, don't get APs!

kids one day one park ticket $59.00
adult one day one park ticket $69.00

so cal AP, lowest tier, $134!!!!

How can you not?:upsidedow

There is the special $99.00 promotion offer, for So.Ca. residents. It is for a 3 day park hopper ticket. The offer is good up to a certain point in Dec.

I am currently pregnant with twins so we have not gone this year because of complications with myself and my ds7 was attacked by a dog so he was not allowed to be in the sun since April. I would get the AP's, but don't care for all of the black out dates. My son cannot miss school to go to Disneyland and most of the blocked dates are every weekend including Fridays and most of the summer. We go about 8-10 times a year and usually purchase our tickets from Costco for about $120 for 4 days that you can use usually within a 6 month period or we do the 2fer1 socal deals. A friend of mine has the lowest tier AP and says it's actually a waste because they can't go when they want to. The premium tier is $389 per person which is a little steep and would cut into our annual vacation budget. Yes, we do take other vacations besides Disneyland  Actually, we are hoping to get back to Disney World in 2009. With twins coming now though, who knows when we will get back to DW :confused3 I don't think I am going to want to be lugging two 4-6 month olds and all of their gear to Florida :rotfl:

I thought this ended August 30th????? If it is still going on can you help guide me where to buy the tickets so I can let my sister know.

Thanks

How about getting the AP from Costco? The ones that cost $269.00 that has 51 black out days. You get a $50.00 gift card with each AP you purchase. You would get the discounts with the AP at the shops, etc all thru the year, and on Bdays. Just a thought.

With all the blockout days on the So. Cal. AP, many people cannot make use of it. It's really limited.

I didn't know you can get AP's through Costco. I'm really not interested in AP's because we like to plan our trips according to our schedule and not the other way around. I guess you could say I'd rather pay for convenience. I was just wondering if there were any special promotions for one day tickets. Thanks anyways :goodvibes

I do not know of all of the stores that are taking part in the $99.00 ticket promotion. I believe it is safe to say, seeing what I have read regarding other promotions that are like this one. That you can find the tickets at Von's, Safeway, Krogers (Pretty sure) Ralphs. Cannot remember the rest.

Can any so-cal resident buy this at one of the stores menition. Does anyone know for sure where you can buy the tickets.

Thanks! That's much more in line with what I was looking for. That actually sounds like the perfect deal for us!
