Deal Car Rental Rate 12/25-12/31 ??

Need info on a good rate for car rental 12/25/-12/31. Prefer mini-van. Help! Seems rates are very high at this time. Any ideas? Any previous experience? We are DC and AP.

National was running a special on cars a couple months ago, and I snagged a Luxury Car for $600 for 8 days. Their rates are the lowest.
