Deadline for Changing Dining Package?

Does anyone know if I would still be able to change my package even though we are within the 45 days? We arrive on the 27th and have the free dining and upgraded to deluxe. We are now thinking that it will be too much food for us. We have paid in full already, would we be able to downgrade and get a refund? I know that there is a $50 fee for changing a package and that is fine, but does that include the dining plan? Thanks for your help!
