Dead Man's Chest

Pirates of the Carribean Dead's Mans Chest is coming out on DVD on Tuesday 12/5..I will be at the Magic Kingdom...has anyone ever seen them do anything special for that?

If you don't mind I'm going to bump this. We're going to be there the same time and I'm hoping there's going to be something really fun with the POTC too. When we were there for the Sleeping Beauty release one year she was everywhere, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Since it's the DVD release, I doubt it, but I'm sure it will be for sale at many of the gift shops in the MK.

We were there when they released Cinderella on DVD and I don't remember them doing anything special for that. It would be cool if they did, though.

We were there for the DVD release of Aladdin in Sept 04 and whichever one was released Dec last year. There was a special pre order promotion. I don' remember last years (I had already pre ordered it at home) but for Aladdin there was a choice of a lanyard w/pin or one other thing. We'll be there next week for the DVD release of POTC also and I haven't pre ordered yet becuase I'm hoping for a pin offer at WDW.

Many times, if you buy a DVD the day it is released, they give a pin with it. They did it for Cinderella and The Little Mermaid for sure.
