I can speak only to part of your question. We have used Super Shuttle 3 times and we have not had one problem with them. My biggest concern has always been getting to the airport on time and they have never been late.

I feel the same way as you do about planning. DL is a breeze for us but the couple of times we have looked at WDW it tends to get overwhelming.

Since you are going to the BWPPI, take Super Shuttle. While you don't know where the shared vans will stop, you could be lucky and be the first stop.

With DRE you know it goes to the DLH and sometimes GCH before DLH. Then at DLH you may transfer to another bus.

Since your daughter is older and doesn't need a car seat, I'd totally go with SuperShuttle. I've used them twice for trips without my daughter, and they've been totally reliable. There's even coupons online (you may have to book each passenger separately to get the best deal.)

We've done Supershuttle twice and its been great.

From LAX the Disneyland Resort Express only has hourly departures between 7:30am and 10:30am (30 minute departures 10:30am to 4:30pm). If your flight arrives at 8:30am you will miss the 8:30am DRE pickup and would have to wait for the 9:30am departure from LAX. So that would delay your arrival to the BWPPI to after 10:30 at least.

This happened to us on our last trip. Our flight arrived on time at 8:15am, we raced to baggage claim, but we just missed the 8:30 DRE pickup by a few minutes and had to wait in the shuttle area for about 55 minutes :sad2:. This is one of the few downfalls to the Disneyland Resort Express. Otherwise it is very dependable, in our experience, and a pleasant service to use, especially when staying at one of the Disney Resort hotels. We like our morning flights because it gives us more park time, but it was disappointing to lose so much time waiting for the DRE. However, that being said, it is such an easy and convenient service to use we are going to use it again for our next morning flight (staying at one of the Disneyland hotels) and will be a little more prepared if the timing is off.

Since your staying at the BWPPI I think you could use Super Shuttle. Just make sure your return shuttle is a reliable service to get you to the airport on time to catch your return flight home. The Disneyland Resort Express is reliable if nothing else.
