ddxp and refillable mug

We have the ddxp and I wondered how/when you can get your mug. Is there a voucher, or is it on your key to the world or something? TIA

I'm not sure. I would think they give you a coupon or something as the mugs are in the food court. They come with different colored handles so you can tell them apart from others in your party.

Ask when you check in if nobody else responds.

Just give the cashier your Key to the World card. Your mug is on it, just like your DxDDP is. You will get a receipt that says zero entitlements left.
