DD's school May newsletter came home yesterday

It appears that all grades will be taking a field trip in May, but 2nd grade!!!!! How is that fair?????

That stinks! Perhaps the teacher and/or class moms weren't on the ball.

I called the school to find out why 2nd graders aren't going on a field trip when the other grades are. The secretary said that 1st and 2nd graders go on a big field trip every other year and this isn't the year. So it's not just 2nd grade, its 1st too.
