My DD is wearing a Maleficientish costume and wants a staff. Are those allowed? I've told her it will be a pain to keep up with but she gave up the full costume due to the heat, so she really wants the staff. Thoughts?

How old is your daughter? This is the wording on the official costume section

Acceptable accessories include: transparent wings, plastic light sabers, toy swords, and tutus. Headwear may be worn as long as it does not cover the face.

I think you could get away with the staff if it was light weight and would easily break if it hit something (like the plastic light sabers) but there won't be anywhere to put it during rides or anything like that.

I was going to do staff for my Rey costume but decided I didn't want to deal with that during the party.
