Ddp & tiw

Not sure this is the right forum, and I apologize if it is not. We are new AP holders w/ TIW. TIW says it cannot be used with any other discounts. We are going next year and have paid full price for the DxDP. Since WDW says the DP "saves you 20%", wondering if, say, we want to order a 3rd app cause we want to try something new, can we have a second bill and put the app and any alcohol on a separate bill using TIW? I guess I mean is the non-free DDP considered a discount such that you cannot use TIW? Thanks.

The "cannot be combined with other discounts" things does not include the dining plans. You'll be able to receive the TiW discount on any items not covered by the plans.
