Hi! we are DVC members doing a split stay with 4 night at Poly and then 5 nights DVC in a 1 bedroom! Trying to decide if we would be better off using TIW for all 9 nights, or doing less expensive restaurants for first 4 nights then doing DDP for next 5 (DVC) nights??:confused3:confused::scared1: Hard to decide!:sad2: Would love any input! We are a family of 4 with a ds (14) that eats us out of house and home!:scared1: and a 5 yo dd that hardly eats at all, but loves character meals (ESP princess meals)! :cheer2:And, dh that likes to eat well and really enjoys a good meal, and me that is constantly dieting/watching her weight/eats mostly vegetarian!:rotfl: Any help on which would be best would be really ppreciated!:woohoo:

Since some of your reservation is DVC, have you considered segmenting the DVC stay so that you can do the dining plans for some but not all of the nights.

We are doing a combination of plans and the TIW for our August trip. We are staying 5 nights, 2 at BWV and 3 at BLT. We are doing the QSDP for the first night of the 2 nights BWV stay and then we are doing the DXDDP for only one of the three nights at BLT.

It works out well for us because the day we are doing the DxDDP, we are eating at CRT and 1900 Park Fare, both meals that cost more than the DXDDP. Since we could segment and only had to get it for the one night it works out. We will then use our TIW card for the other days.

Good luck!
