DDP Special" is referring to the prix fixe menu which includes an appetizer that you normally won't get on the regular DDP. So for people on the DDP who would like an appetizer this is an opportunity to get it without paying OOP. If you decide to take advantage of the prix fixe menu, you are limited to the choices for each course within that prix fixe menu - no substitutions are allowed.
