DDP Snacks for Meals at MK

I've had good success with making a meal out of snack credits at Epcot but it seems like there aren't as many options at MK. Anyone have any ideas of how one could make a meal out of snacks at MK? I think I'll be short a QS or 2 by the end of my trip

The funnel cakes are pretty big and are filling. I would suggest looking at side dishes at QS restaurants if you don't just want sweets.
