DDP restaurants

I made a list of possible ADR's back in January, and listed Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace as possible breakfast options on the DDP. Today I printed the 2014 brochure and they aren't listed. Am I missing something? This is our first trip using the dining plan and making ADR's.

I also don't see CRT listed and I thought it was on the DDP. Ugh!!

There is a separate area in the brochure for character dining. They are all there.

Oops. I printed it at work and then blew it up on the copier. DH and I are out without the kids so we can plan, and I didn't bring the original. Thanks for the info!!
