DDP Reservations

We were going to stay at Wilderness Cabins for our whole stay at Disney in Sept- our DDP reservations are already made. We then found points to rent for a DVC and decided to try that for part of our stay. Being that our reservations are already made do I need to call and change the confirmation number for the 3 days that we are now staying at a DVC w/DDP? Also, on that Saturday when we go to OKW we already have a Breakfast scheduled (because we were going to stay at the cabins the whole time) but it says that we can't check in until after 4:00pm, is there anyway to get the DDP paid for before we get our room?
That we we could still go to our breakfast reservation. Help please anyone.

Call Disney Dining before you cancel the cabins and give them your DVC confirmation number to see if they can transfer the ADRs to that reservation, otherwise the system may cancel them.

You can do all the check-in paper work at OKW after about 6am, once the resorts computers have reset to a new day, and get your room key and DDP credits. Then just go have fun in the parks, or whatever, and call before you leave to get your room number. If you don't have a cell phone, go to the Guest Services area inside one of the parks, and ask to use a phone there to call...usually the WDW operator (which operates as a virtual front desk) can tell you if your room is ready and the room number.
