DDP questions?

I have a question about the DDP. We've done it before but with some of the changes lately I didn't know if this is possible.

When going to dinner with kids, can the adults pay cash and kids use their DDP points and vice versa. We are going to dinner without kids to Jiko's which is two points and we will go to breakfast with kids. Want to use kids points at breakfast and us pay cash because breakfast is cheaper. Is this allowed to split up the ticket between DDP and cash payers. I know kids must order from children's menu when offered but wondered about splitting payment types.

Also when does the free DDP offer for December end? I was practicing on line to see what places are and aren't available at 90 days out from today. I wasn't able to get anyplace that we are wanting to go. We are going from Dec 17 to 24th. I hope that the DDP free offer is over and that might help a little but I also know that the crowds will pick up latter so I'm really afraid I won't be able to get the reservations I want.

Finally can anyone confirm that to book the Candlelight processional package do you have to call? I have tried to practice booking it on line and can't see where that is available to do on line.

Yes, you can pay for some of the meals OOP and use the DDP for the other.

Free dining ends Dec 17th. Unfortunately, I think that anyone checking in on the 17th will get it for their entire stay so it sounds like you will be overlapping it during your trip.
