1. After reading some dining reviews I noticed someone mentioned something about restrictions from the menu on the DDP. I know that not all Disney World restaurants participate in the DDP (no thanks to the CM I booked with for that info- he assured me that "everything was covered" 
but, in the participating DDP restaurants, are there actually things on the menu that will be excluded from ordering on our plan?
2. Can I book my ADR's for my trip in May now? My CM (who, as explained above, was less than "all-knowing") said that the EARLIEST I could book them was 90 days prior (Jan. 31st for me.) but I've read on here and on the DDP PDF that it's 180 days prior. Which is it? I don't want everything booked before I get to it.
3. The Disney site doesn't have the info for early park openings/later closings for May up yet. I want to do the breakfast CRT as suggested here in the early opening time. How will I know when that is if they don't have it posted. In other words, I don't want to wait too long to make the res. since it'll prob. be booked. Will that info on the calendar most likely be up by the end of January? Or will the CM I book my ADR's with have that info? I want to have it all mapped out before I call so I know where to go when.
4. How good are my chances of getting to eat where I want, when I want? Making my ADR's, I mean. There are some things that I'd really be heartbroken if we didn't get to do. the CRT breakfast, the Poly Luau, dinner at the CR in Epcot...will I most likely get to do all these? I'm flexible about when in the week we do them, as long as we get to do them.
