DDP Question

I asked this on the restaurant board and they told me I needed to ask on the DVC boards. On wednesday I called member services and added the DDP to our reservations. The CM said she would email our confirmation numbers. So far I have not received anything. This is our first time doing the dining plan so I'm wondering if we need those confirmations at check in. How important is it to have them and should I be calling back? I hate to bother them about something that isn't extremely necessary.

You don't need them. The addition of DDP will be in the computer when you check in and you'll pay for it there.

The confirmation number is for your room reservation, not the DDP. The DDP is noted on your reservation which can be double checked by calling MS again.

We made our reservations months ago. The CM said she would email our DDP confirmations. Would the DDP be listed on our reservation at the member website? I'm confused now. I guess I better call and double check after all. Thanks.

no.
& as stated, there isn't a seperate confirmation # for the DDP. the only way to verify in advance (if not listed on your room confirmation) is to call MS.

Thanks Laurie. I'm going to call and double check tomorrow that our DDP request is in their computer. I haven't a clue as to why she told me she would be emailing the DDP confirmations so I'm wondering if she even knew what she was doing.

Will MS be closed Monday for President's Day? Just thought I would throw that out there for anyone thinking of calling then.
