We are a family w/ 6 adults and 2 children. Since 2 of the adults are very picky and/or very light eaters only 4 adults and 1 child will have the dining plan. We will pay oop for my 3 year old and for the other 2 adults if they decide to join us at a TS. My question is can my 3 year old who eats very little just not order anything or just something small (like soup) but still share some of my older son's dinner. At home DS 6 will usually share some of his french fries, etc. with DS3 as it would be a waste to order a whole plate of french fries for DS3. I guess what I'm asking is if DS6 has food he's not going to eat can we let my DS3 eat the rest or will this not be allowed.
Also is the DDP name specific or just adult specific. Meaning that if my 19 y/o niece who is staying in our room, decided to skip a TS dinner could we bring my mother that night instead and use a TS for her. We will be paying for an adult TS that would otherwise go waste, so I was just wondering if this would be allowed or will they ask for I.D.?
Lastly, sorry this is getting so long. If those who are not on the DDP come with us to dinner and we order appetizers are they not allowed to share because they are not on the DDP?
Thank you - I've never done the ddp and don't want to do anything unethical but just wanted to understand how it works. Thanks for your help.
