As I have only recently booked our holiday we were inside the 180 days so I booked some resturants before I had my disney reservation number. Do I need to rebook these or can they link them to my booking? Dont know if I have to ring to do this or just turn up with the booking reference number. There is one I have booked but cannot find the ressie number and as it is not on my disney reservation booking I don't know how to find out where I booked it. What a nelly eh!:lmao: Dont want o book again leaving my other table booked so some poor soul misses out on that table

I don't see why you'd have to rebook, probably a quick ring to Disney could link them to your booking, or you could leave them unlinked. All our ADR's aren't linked to our accomodation at all.
For the the you've not got the number for, again maybe a ring to Disney with your surname and the date/time of the ADR could get your number.

I'm new to all this tho so could be wrong :)

:goodvibes

No need to link them. I don't think they can be linked once they are booked but there is no reason to do so. Are you on the Dining Plan? Even if you are, when your server arrives at your table, just mention that you will be paying with DDP credits. Otherwise the only advantages of linking your ressie is being able to book 180 days + 10 (not applicable anyway at this stage) and if you are on the DDP and want to reserve a place with a deposit, linked ressies will only take yoru card details without charging the whole cost immediately.

Do you remember where and when the missing reservation is for? If you ring the dining number they will be able to trace it for you. It could take a while but it can be done. People do lose and delete things by accident so nothing they haven't had to deal with before.

The server will ask if you are are on the DDP when she/he introduces themselves. The reservation number is just that. It doesn't matter if you are on DDP or not.

Once you tell the server you are on the DDP they'll know to take one of your KTTW cards to deduct the meal credits used.

As others have said, no need to link to a reservation number - only real benefit of doing that is for the +10.

As for the 'lost' ADR, it can be traced via either your name or your telephone number so could call Disney Dining.

Or... just wait till you check in and Guest Services at your resort can print off a handy list of all your ADR's and that'll be on it too.

Or...as long as you can remember the time, date, restaurant...just turn up. You don't actually need your ADR to check in at the podium :)
