DDP Newbie Questions Regarding my 10 year old

i know that my 10 year old son is treated as an adult for Disney meals but he's definitely not a big eater. I was hoping that he could share food with me and my wife on our non-buffet TS and QS meals and we could use his credits for other meals? Can we use more than one of his credits at one time? Right now the ADRs we have that are non-buffet are:

Whispering Canyon Cafe
Tony's Town Square
Coral Reef

And the QS restaurants that we are considering are:

Flame Tree BBQ
Fairfax Fare
Bongo's Cafe
Pecos Bill's or Columbia Harbor House
Sunshine Seasons or Yorkshire Fish

Yes, at most TS restaurants where you order from a menu you can share meals (i.e. use one credit to feed two or more people). Many on the DDP do this so they can eat at additional restaurants or use the credits for 2 credit restaurants/meals. Or, if your son wants a child's meal you could pay for it out of pocket and save his adult dining credit. On your TS list the only time you could not share is if someone orders the All you Care to Eat Skillet at Whispering Canyon. Like a buffet or All you Care to Eat Family Style restaurant (e.g. 'Ohana, Garden Grill) anyone ordering the Skillet at Whispering Canyon Cafe will be charged a credit.

At QS restaurants you can also share meals.

Can we use more than one of his credits at one time?

Credits are not assigned to each person. Instead they are pooled for everyone in the room.

I'm going to note that if your Tony's ADR is for a parade package, you cannot split.

In addition to the Tony's parade package everyone will be charged a credit or pay out of pocket for: buffets, all you care to eat family style meals, dinner shows (Hoop De Doo, Spirit of Aloha luau, Mickey's Backyard Barbecue), dining packages (e.g. Fantasmic, ROL, Tony's parade package), fireworks parties, fixed price meals (e.g. CRT, Akershus) and the previously mentioned Family Platter at Whispering Canyon Cafe. If you decide to go to Via Napoli they are very strict with the dining plan rules and will not allow sharing a credit or combining credits for the larger sized pizzas.
