Can I add DDP for an infant and let his brother and sister use his credits? (They are all kids, not trying to cheat the system, just trying to get an extra few snacks for the kids)

If you want to up the infant's age to 3 and pay for a ticket for him....then, yes you can.

I don't think you want to do that, so the easier answer is, no. The infant is free, and there is no way to just pay for the DDP for them without paying for them completely.

No way to do it. Why not take the money you would spend on having to pay for the infant's ticket and cost of DDP to get the older kiddos snacks? Also to be able to get DDP the infant would have to be 3 or older in the system and then you go to a family with 3 kids for occupancy instead of 2 kids and an infant which will narrow down where you are able to stay.
