DDP during the Food and Wine Festival

Can you use entitlements from the DDP at the stands during F&W? If so what credits are taken. Thank you

Many items are snack credits. However, I've also been able to use a quick service credit if I get 2 food items and a beverage at one stand.

With a quick service credit you can get theee snacks at one cart. Best use is three steaks at Canada as your quick service option and split with your friends. Or eat them all yourself.

Using snack credits at the F&W festival is a good way to get the most value$ from the DDP. We usually get a couple filet mignons from the Canada booth, which are priced at $7.75.

A QS credit costs about $19 these days. Only three items at the booths cost more than $6.50 last year. It's very difficult to extract that much value at F&W.

Snack credits (or converted QS credits) cannot be used for the wine/beer/mixed drinks. But last year you could use them for all the food. And has been pointed out if you convert a QS to use at a booth you must use all three credits at the same booth.

For some people it could be enough. I'd definitely recommend sharing to get more variety, but I wouldn't think that most people would be full sharing three of the snacks.

Just realize that the portions aren't like a regular meal. They're meant for snacking. When my wife and I went last year, I think we ate two filets, a cheese soup, three things from France, and a couple more items here and there. All in about an hour and a half.

My wife was pretty full at that point.

In short, a quick service meal at a restaurant will give you more food, but the booths are better tasting and higher quality.
