DDP Desserts

I will be using the DDP for the first time come April. I already have my TS reservations made and am all set there. But I was curious about CS desserts. I'll be in Epcot the first day and am looking for a good place to grab lunch. Since it comes with dessert, what place would you recommend to get the best meal and also the best dessert? I have my eye on Kingla--the sweet pretzels and school bread look great--but don't know if the sandwiches or meals there are any good. Also, are the dessert credits with the meals good for anything the snack credit is good for?

Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavillion. They have great meals and an excellent bakery.
