DDP Credit ??

This question may have been asked before but I have looked and could not find an answer to it. My family will be dining at Le Cellier this summer and we will be on the dining plan. I am aware that it is a 2 TS credit meal. But what i want to know is can we pay out of pocket for myself and my daughter and use the dining plan for my son and my husband?
