Anyone have a DDP spreadsheet to keep track of credits?
We have 2A/2C on 8 nights.
I saw one on excel but I have Works and can't open it.
I'm not an office type person and I can't even think what one should look like!
But I think it would be helpful to keep track of credits.

Thanks

Sent you a PM :) I have one in excel that I can insert into an email so you can see it.

There's also a link to one in the Dining Plan FAQ, at the top of the Dining Plan forum.

I can't open the one in that thread but thats what gave me the idea.
It will be nice to be able to keep track.

From a practical standpoint, just keeping your latest receit is as useful as a tracking sheet.

We use one - partially because I'm a geek, and partically as something for the kids to do. The really love the tracking sheets. At each meal there's an arguement over who gets to write in the credits, do the subtraction, etc. Apparently, DDP accounting is just as fun as pushing the elevator button :)

I just checked it and it worked fine for me.

You do need Microsoft Excel installed in order to access that link, though.

I don't think I'll use anything other than the receipts, honestly. If I do use something though, it'll probably be on my PDA. No sense in carrying excess paper around. (Now I just have to find where I hid my PDA -- haven't used it in forever.)

I don't have exel thats why I couldn't open it.
Kangafan emailed me hers so I have an idea of what one could look like now.
If you happen to be in the Parks in Feb. and see a crazy women with paper flying about and 2 children pulling at her pleading to put the papers away and just have fun it'll be me.
I don't know how I ever went to WDW before without all this info.!
I just need to pull it all together and I think having a spreadsheet would help.
:cheer2: :yay:

Thanks for the spreadsheet Bicker :thumbsup2
