DDP Credit Question

Hello Disney Friends,

I'm arriving at Disney World on Wednesday December 19th and leaving on Sunday night December 23rd. I'm on the DDP and have booked the following reservations.

Wednesday December 19th - Cape May Buffet
Thursday December 20th - Chefs de France
Friday December 21st - Boma
Saturday December 22nd - Victoria and Alberts

My question is since I'm paying out of pocket for V & A I have an extra dinner credit. Can I use that on Sunday the 23rd for lunch before flying home?
