Quick service is $57.01 per adult and $23.83 per child
"Regular" (used to be Deluxe) is $94.28 per adult and $29.69 per child
Everyone in the room must purchase the plan for all the days they are in the room.

Regular is not the same as the old Deluxe.

Also, tips are no longer included and you cannot exchange a QS credit for 3 snacks. You can’t use your TS credits to ”pay” for a meal for someone else if they are not on the DP, and it’s only one snack per day now. Definitely do the math. For some, it works, for most, Disney comes out ahead.

Yes they were. Way back in the day when DDP first came out. Entitlement was app, entree, dessert, non-alcoholic drink and gratuity.

That must have been literally decades ago. They weren't included in 2011 I know with absolute certainty.

From DFB it looks like it was included from start in 2005 to around the time Disney started their growth phase around the beginning of the New Fantasyland project.

Right, but "since 2011" isn't "never". The tips stopped being included on Jan 1, 2008.
