DDP at Wine Bar George

Trying to price out if regular DDP is worth it for my upcoming trip. One of the places we are eating for dinner is Wine Bar George at Disney Springs. The Dis lists this as an eligible DDP restaurant. Since they do small plates, any idea how this works on the dining plan?

Back in September I phoned the restaurant for clarification on DDPs. I was told for each credit, diners get their choice of 3 small plates, plus a choice of dessert and glass of wine.

For 2 diners (2 credits), they could select 1, either fish, chicken or steak platter, dessert and wine. On the deluxe plan, they could each add a small plate appetizer to the mix.

We never made it there unfortunately, but a number of posters here have had lovely experiences.
