DDP and signature question

if we get the regular DDP for 6 nights so we have 6 TS credits, we would want to use them for 3 signature meals and then pay OOP for any others.

do we get an appetizer, entree, dessert, and drink with this since it's a signature restaurant or do we just get the entree, dessert, and drink? also, is there an additional charge for lobster?

You only get entree/dessert/drink with the DDP no matter where you dine.

If you're going to do more TS meals and/or you want to eat apps at your signature restaurants, have you crunched the numbers to see if the DxDP would be better?

As for lobster, as far as I know, if it's on the menu and you're at a DDP restaurant, you can get it.

Even at a Signature restaurant you only get the entree, dessert and non-alcoholic drink. We had the lobster at Narcoossee's and there was no additional charge. I read that Yachtsman's Steakhouse has recently added a lobster entree to its menu also.

Depending on how many TS you have planned, you might want to look into the DxDDP which will give you 3 dining credits and 2 snacks per night of your stay. The break even point is generally considered to be 2/3 of the credits be used for TS.

No appetizer on the regular DDP, not even at signatures.

Apparently there are only two restaurants on DDP currently offering a lobster entree (Narcoosees and Yachtsman Steakhouse) and there is no extra charge for lobster on DDP, it's just the two credits.

I just wanted to add that signature dinners aren't a great use to DDP credits. You may want to pay OOP for some of the signatures instead of the 1TS meals.

hmm.. all good points. thanks for the input. we'll probably just pay OOP and skip the signatures lol we'll plan for dxddp next time so we'll be set
