DDP and Room Only

Hi all,

I tried to ask this question directly from Disney, but the wait time is >30 minutes - I waited 10 and accidentally hung up the phone. I thought maybe you guys could help.

I have a Room Only reservation and want to add the Dining Plan. My son and I are Annual Passholders, but my mom, who is staying in the room with us, isn't. Is it possible for us to add DDP in this scenario?

Yes you can add the dining plan.

Be sure to ask for a "ticketless package." If the CM you get on the phone doesn't know how to do it, ask for a supervisor or manager. They should all know how to do it, but every now and then....

Keep in mind that by switching your room-only reservation to a timeless package, you will be under the package policies. If you need to cancel, it has to be 30 or more days prior to arrival.

Thanks all. It took 1.5 hours, but I was able to get it done. He had to change my booking to Riverside and then back to French Quarter - not sure why, and I was scared to do it (FQ is booked solid for our dates) but it all worked out.
