DDP and linked reservation

If you have a "linked reservation" , are you required to pay for the DDP for each "segment" of your stay? We are staying at the BCV in October. The first two weekend nights we are paying cash. Sunday through Friday we are using points. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe if your reservation is linked, you have to have the plan for the entire stay. If you don't link the reservations, then you can have it for either part of the stay but you may be required to switch rooms on Sunday. Hope that helps!

Just wanted to confirm what the previous poster said. We currently have 3 linked ressies at OKW for the end of April (2 nights on points; 2 nights cash; then 4 more nights on points). I was told that because they were linked, we had to purchase DDP for all 8 nights. If I wanted to unlink the ressies and only get DDP for a portion of the stay, I would take a chance of having to pack up and switch rooms. With 7 of us in a 2-bedroom, I'm not gonna take that chance!
