DDP and Kids

I've read through several pages and haven't seen this asked so if I've just missed it, I'm sorry!

If my kids are on the adult dining plan, can they order off the kids menu if they don't have something they like? My son will be 11 but he's very picky.

I wouldn't think it would be a problem since Disney would be coming out ahead, but just wanted to ask.

I have seen it posted that others have done that.

yes you can... the other alternative is to pay OOP for those kids meal and keep his credits if you want to do a signature or a show.
