For some reason I am a little confused about these two..

Are these both considered counter service availble with DDP?

If so, what do you get...are their appetizers, do the sides count as an appetizer or dessert?

Do you get your choice of a full menu?

I think at Earl of Sandwich you get a roll/sandwich, cookie and drink and it's Wolfgang Puck Express only that's a CS option and you can choose from a whole menu there. We're trying both in November. :)

Just to clarify . . . both Earl of Sandwich and Wolfgang Puck Express are counter service. And, from the FAQ at the top of this board:

Your Counter Service (or Quick Service) Meal includes one single serving:

Breakfast: Entrée, Non-alcoholic beverage
Lunch: Entrée, Dessert, Non-alcoholic beverage
Dinner: Entrée, Dessert, Non-alcoholic beverage

OR

Breakfast: one Combo Meal, Non-alcoholic beverage
Lunch: one Combo Meal, Dessert, Non-alcoholic beverage
Dinner: one Combo Meal, Dessert, Non-alcoholic beverage

Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu where available. Guests should be prepared for anything with regard to the beverage portion of their meals: While typically any sized soft-drink is permitted, sometimes the beverage is limited to medium size (such as at Yakitori House). Also, while typically the beverage is limited to fountain drinks, sometimes some guests have been allowed specialty drinks and/or bottled water.

Your Table Service Meal includes one single serving:
Breakfast: Juice, Entrée, Non-alcoholic beverage
Lunch: Appetizer, Entrée, Dessert, Non-alcoholic beverage
Dinner: Appetizer, Entrée, Dessert, Non-alcoholic beverage

OR One full buffet.

So, since these are counter service restaurants, meals here do not include an appetizer.

Thanks for the response Inky, but I was aware of this part of DDP already. My questions were specifically more for these two restaurants....

So for WPE, you still order an appetizer (soup or salad?), an entree, and get a dessert too?

For Earl's, do you get a side with it, or is that OOP?

At WPE you get only what is considered an entree and a dessert. Drink too! Example of DDP CS meal at WPE: Chicken Ceasar salad sandwich, creme brulee and a coke.

I'm not sure about Earl's.

Last time I used the Dining Plan at EOS, I got a sandwich, a cookie or brownie, and a fountain soda (or bottled water).

At WPE, I got a barbecue chicken salad, creme brulee, and a soda.

You do not get an appetizer with the CS credits.

You don't get "sides" or "appetizers" with counter service unless you are offered a choice of a combo meal on the menu. WPE has some entrees on their menu that do come with a choice of side- if you want a salad or side dish, you'll need to either pay OOP or choose one of those entrees. I had the rotisserie chicken w/ a caesar salad and a dessert.

I dont' know about wolfgang pucks but Earl of sandwich is really cheap and the food is great~!If you have to fill a meal with oop I would suggest Earl of sandwich. We used 2 credits for one meal so we had one we had to pay for and went to earl of sandwich. They have yummy yummy sandwiches. I am not sure what makes them so good. Oh and good snacks too like the fruit and yogurt parfait:tinker:

We ate at EOS using CS credits on the DDP. To me, EOS is a waste of CS credits. They only allow the sandwich, drink, and a cookie or something for dessert. Any sides are OOP. We wanted chips for the kids and potato salad to go with our sandwiches and had to pay. I think the prices there are good if you are not on the DDP. We weren't impressed here at all and will probably not go back. It's hard to find a table, the food wasn't enough to really fill us (we have hearty appetites!), and the staff was...not as Disney pleasant :) as I would have liked. It was the only meal we were really disappointed with. But yet, others love it!
