I'm not sure I understand your question. If there are 4 people staying in your room, you would buy the dining plan for all 4 people and those credits would be pooled for the room. If only 2 of you are staying there, you would buy the dining plan for 2.

You can add as many people as you have registered as guests in your room. You may not purchase the dining plan for anyone who is not registered as a guest on your reservation. You can register only as many people as room capacity allows. Everyone registered on your room reservation age 3 and over must purchase the same dining plan for the entire length of the reservation.

ok so say i have a 2 bedroom with 4 people and 1 child and there are 2 people with me travelling on a room only ressie at pop. Can i add them as guests in my room and add ddp.

If they are at Pop and not staying with you in the same studio/1 bedroom/2 bedroom/grand villa, then no, you shouldn't be adding them. If you are saying that you are giving names as staying with you.... I don't know if they can check on those things...... but let your conscience be your guide! Now if you are saying that they will be cancelling Pop and actually staying with you there.... then that's a yes!

If they are staying at Pop, they can add their own dining plan to their own reservation.

What you are suggesting is totally against the rules.
