DDP and Disney contacts

We have a trip coming up in August. It was originally a 4/3 land/Sea package and we added 3 extra days at the Poly to make it an even week land and to take full advantage of the seven park day pass that comes with the package. Our TA wanted to add the DDP onto the reservation but was told we weren't eligible because we booked through the Disney Cruise Line. I think this is crazy...a week at the Poly is a week at the Poly and Disney is Disney whether its the reservation arm or the cruise arm to me! Our TA has tried on three separate occasions to get somebody to reverse this decision with no success. Does anyone know WHO to call or write and have numbers and addresses? Thanks!

First welcome to the DIS Cruella! So glad you found us.

The DDP is only available as part of the Magic Your Way package. It is not available with any other packages as a stand alone component. Here is another thread on the same topic, same issue with Land/Sea package.
