I can't recall can I book a CP dining package at Coral reef and use DDP?
same Question for DHS Fantasmic package at Mama Melrose's ?

Yes. CP is 2TS credits no matter where you are eating. Fantasmic! is 1TS unless you are eating at Brown Derby.
