DDP 08..Appetizer back??

Hi everyone!
Background: Checked 08 DDP (and printed) from WDW site in late last year. Says, no appetizer for TS if you're on the standard plan. Just printed a new one to give to my BFF who is tagging along in Aug. and the appetizer is back on the brochure for TS on the standard plan.
Anyone know anything about this???

Either you are looking at an outdated brochure, you're looking at the deluxe plan, or they're talking about for kids age 3-9. There is no appetizer included for adults on the basic plan.

Im going on the DXDDp and it has the appetizer included but not with the regular DDp.

Oops....the appetizer is given if the guest is on the children's plan!
