I have a question. I have looked and cannot seem to find the answer. If I purchase a Deluxe plan and we want to grab a Quick Serve, can I use one of my Deluxe sit down credits for a quick serve?

Yes you can use TS at QS places.

Deluxe Dining Plan (DxDP) entitles each guest to receive 3 meal credits and 2 snack credits per night’s stay. Deluxe meal credits can be used for either table service or counter service.

DxDP doesn't have "TS" and "CS" credits like regular DDP. It has "meal credits", which, as noted above, can be used at TS or CS locations.
