DDE questions

When you receive your DDE card does it come with any info/brochure detailing discount locations or give any more info on the plan. I have read all that I can find online about the DDE, but I would like to have something to take with me. Also if anyone knows a website with the DDE info that may be easy to print out I would love to have the link.

I got a printout with the temp. card I picked up at Epcot, and also when I rec'd the card in the mail...
