DDE Questions

I've done a search on DDE on both the Disboards and the Disney site but I can't find definate answers to some basic questions.

Can anyone provide a link to the Disney website for DDE information?

But specifically:

I THINK I read somewhere that the number of people allowed per check is no longer 10 but 8, is that true?

My DH and I routinely split up during the day, he takes the older DD and I take the younger DD. Although we both have AP, would it be cheaper for us to get one and add him on? What are the rules for the second card holder? Will they bounce him at Epcot when I'm at MK with the little one?

The second card can be had for $25 and yes you can use them in two different locations.

If you each want to use the card / some time, different places you each need a card. You don't get the discount without the card.
