DDE Question

DW and I have left over Park Hoppers and won't be purchasing APs this year. However, we will be buying an AP for DD, 3. Can I purchase the DDE card with a child's AP?

No, all buyers have to be over 21 for the DDE card (although I did read on this board 18, but i was told 21). In any case, not with a child's AP.

The person buying the DDE card must be the AP holder and that person has to be 21.
