DDE Question

We've purchased our annual passes and are planning on getting the Disney Dining Experience Card when we pick up the AP's. A couple of questions:

Is there a list of participating resort restaurants and theme park venues that accept the DDE? Will a list come with the Card or is there a reference/link to them available here?

Is it true that valet parking is free at Resorts if we have reservations at a restaurant there, and have the DDE Card?

I believe they give you a list when you purchase the card.

Valet parking is free at resorts when you are dining with the DDE. You will need to present your card when retrieving your vehicle. Even though you parked for free, it is still appropriate (IMHO) to tip the valet.
