? DDE & new yellow Annual pass cards at Disney Store

It's time for me to buy my annual passes and purchase my DDE card. I went to the Disney Store this weekend and they no longer have the paper cards but have these yellow cards that are like credit cards/gift cards that do not have the normal number on the back. The girl at the Disney store wasn't sure, but she thought a number printed on the receipt. I don't want to buy an Annual pass at the Disney store (I normally get them at the Shades of Green for a $32 discount for an adult and $28 for kids) if I can't use them to buy the DDE card.

I e-mailed the Dining Disney Experience group, but she told me the exchange voucher would have a number on the back. I e-mailed her back again and explained that it is not a paper voucher like before with a number, its a hard credit card type thing that doesn't have a number.

Has anyone purchased one of these from the Disney store and been successful in using them to buy the DDE card? I leave at the end of July and I want to get my order in ASAP so I have it before we leave.

We didn't get our annual passes from the Disney Store, we got them online from Disney. We got green credit card type cards, and they certainly had individualized numbers on the back. Sorry can't help you with the Disney Store though.

I just did a few weeks ago ~ it's fine!

Call DDE and they will ask you for the number on the back of the yellow voucher... down on bottom mine was WDW:date code and then another set of numbers. I received my DDE card in 2 weeks from when I called. They do get sent out from Allentown, PA and that is very close to me so YMMV.


You can also log into the passholders are of the Disney.com site using those code #'s from the back of your voucher.

I live near Allentown too so that is good that it will come quick.

I just ordered my DDE card today w/ my green Voucher. When I faxed the info in I didn't have all the info they needed. So, an e-mail was waiting for me when I got home. I provided more info and have not heard back from them yet.

They get sent out from Allentown? Maybe I can stop by and pick mine up before I leave for WDW!!!!

Seems like we might be leaving for WDW the same day....the 15th?
